Auckland, April 2001

Some "low key concerts" in were held Auckland, NZ during April, 2001, all of which were sold out, with about a hundred people turned away.

Bic's manager, Campbell Smith, indicated at the Thursday night show that there were further concerts to be held in Auckland in three weeks time, with pre-sold tickets.

No reviews have appeared in any of the newspapers for the April concerts, but feedback regarding the new material has been excellent.

Watch out in three weeks time for a review, after the next round of concerts.

Oh yeah, and Bic's reaction to the gig's? Seems Bic liked the reaction to her new songs from the Odeon performances....according to Peter Green (FRENZ) at the F-16 site  (April 5th diary entry). Peter was in town for the Neil Finn concerts, and was driven to "see Bic mid gig...we missed the show but she is still in the Venue, she jumps and screams and its just does my heart good to see her so happy." 

Peter's FAVE list for April listed "FAVE HAIRDO" as Bic Runga.....
