"Beautiful Collision" breaks NZ record.

From the Bic Runga.com messageboard, a post by Jon-Paul (webmaster) details Bic's record breaking run on NZ radio:
This week Bic Runga's single 'Get Some Sleep' broke a NZ record for most plays at radio in one week.It's the first time anyone has gone past 4000 points. The previous highest
figure was 3929 - which was set by Bic the week
before.
To earn to 4000 points, the songs was played over 1100 times in seven
days,
on 37 stations (of 60 monitored stations).
Very difficult to do this - because most songs die away on Pop well before the Easy stations are really pushing it... so never get maximum play on three formats to happen simultaneously.
It was:
#1 on the A/C Chart
#1 on the Easy Chart
#1 on the NZ Artist Chart
#2 on the Pop Chart
#3 on the Singles Chart
And it was the 19th biggest selling single at retail.
The song entered the RadioScope charts at #154 - in the week to May 12. It jumped 110 places the following week to #44 and hasn't left the top 50 for the 12 weeks since, hitting #1 for the first time last week
